Spotlight Boutique: Belyst

Belyst Boutique is located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

  This boutique has only been open since April 9th and thriving. The owner, Jill Ueber, went to school at Indiana University for Apparel Merchandising and Costume Design. She had always had an interest in fashion. So she then decided to open a boutique because she felt that she couldn't find what she wanted in any stores in the area. Jill also found that there were lots of other women in the same town who felt that way about shopping.
